Admissions
- Application for admission should be made on the prescribed admission form.
- To be admitted to class I, a child should not be less than 5½ years of age as on 30 September of the year of admission. For admission to other classes the age of the child will be calculated accordingly.
- Registration for admission can be done any time during the academic year preceding the one for which admission is sought.
- Admission will be on a first come first basis provided the child has qualified the admission test.
- Registration is a must for admission. Registration fee is not transferable or refundable. For registration, a certified facsimile of the Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by an authority sanctioned by law should be attached.
- Original Transfer Certificate from the Principal of the previous school is required for registration to class I and above. Original Transfer Certificate should be submitted within 30 days from the date of confirmation of admission, failing which admission shall stand cancelled. If the original receipt is lost then an affidavit must me produced for the same.
- The student has to be present on the very first day at the beginning of the session otherwise his/her name will be struck off and re-admission fee will be charged for re-enrolment.
Withdrawals
- A clear calendar month’s written notice or a month’s fee in lieu of notice must be given before a scholar can be withdrawn. Transfer Certificate charges must be paid to obtain the same which would be issued after 10 days of depositing Transfer Certificate charges.
- The Principal can in the interest of the school have a student withdrawn from the school if :
- In his/her opinion the students has failed to accept the discipline of the school and his/her continued presence may be detrimental to the interest of the other students.
- The student fails to come up to the required academic standard expected of him/her.
- In case, due to any reason a student after seeking admission in the school wishes to withdraw, only security money will be refunded. In case a student seeks withdrawal during an academic year, the security money will be refunded only at the end of the year. Security money not claimed up to one year will automatically lapse.
